Psychology: Sleep and Dreaming (6 session short course – £45)

Do dreams really have meaning? Why do we sleep? And how does the sun ‘power’ a variety of our most basic human activities. We answer those questions and also explore the role of our brain and the sun, on our circadian rhythms and ultradian rhythms.
