Exploring the Mysteries of Space (6 sessions – £45) An online, tutor-led small group short course for home educated / homeschooling students

Course Summary: Are you interested in the more mysterious aspects of space? What exactly is dark energy? Where does dark matter come from? Could you jump into a black hole and find yourself in an alternate universe? We will be exploring these exciting questions as we delve into some of the more complex concepts in space – this unit will also develop an understanding of gravity, Quantum mechanics and Newtonian forces as we use this key knowledge to enable us to fully grasp what we are learning. This course is an excellent stand-alone course and is also a PRE-GCSE/IGCSE course.
Who This Course is For: Young people aged 13+ yrs
What this Course Includes: Each small-group short course includes: weekly video tutorials (avail. 24/7); support learning materials / documents / resources; weekly activities (such as projects, quizzes, assignments with personal feedback, etc. ); direct access to a passionate, knowledgeable tutor; easy access via the online “Canvas” learning platform (and Zoom).
