Cambridge IGCSE Travel and Tourism (0471) is a fascinating course combining the best of tourism, travel, business and geography. It is a course providing a global and local perspective on travel and tourism. Learners gain an overview of the industry, and learn about popular destinations, customer care, working procedures, travel and tourism products and services, and marketing and promotion.

Learners are encouraged to develop an understanding of tourist industry operations and problems, and competence in identifying procedures and solutions, by using best practice from industry and established business techniques and information systems.
